At Yogofi, we continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and how it impacts our most important assets: our customers and employees. As a global internet service provider, we recognize how important staying connected is during this time. We assure you that we are committed to solving your connectivity solutions. Our commitment includes increased flexibility in cancellation, as well as continued service by means that follow global policies.
Travel movements may be limited, but we’re still open for business.
We are following local guidelines and restrictions in order to ensure the safety and health of our employees and to continue serving you. We are committed to remaining open for business and guarantee delivery as long as travel is permitted to continue.
Yogofi devices may still be delivered or picked up at the various pick up locations in Singapore. Before placing an order, please do the following:
• Verify that your flight is not canceled
•Verify guidelines and restrictions locally and at destination

We remain flexible.
With the rapidly progressing travel restrictions, we have adjusted our cancelation policy to accommodate your needs. If your travel plans are disrupted by the current outbreak, our new cancelation policy is as follows:
• If you cancel a booking with more than 24 hours of notice, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel a booking with less than 24 hours of notice, you will receive a voucher equal to the full value of the canceled reservation for future use.
Just like you, we have been directly impacted, and we know first-hand how frustrating this can be. But, we’re in this together and remember that taking protective measures is a collective action to keep each other safe.
